We all want to grow. But what if music could show us how to thrive from within?
Join us for a unique workshop that blends the joyful strumming of the ukulele with the transformative Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework. This experiential session is designed to enhance self-awareness and personal growth through music, play, and reflection. The IDG framework, featuring five dimensions (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting) and 23 skills, serves as a roadmap for inner growth to catalyse outer change.
No prior musical experience is needed! The ukulele, with its cheerful sound and accessibility, becomes a tool for building trust, emotional intelligence, and social connection. Through guided activities, you’ll explore one dimension of the IDG framework in a fun, inclusive environment.

About the facilitator
Christopher Malapitan (he/him) is a Creative Facilitator and Musician based in Brussels. With many years of experience working in creative industries, he supports communities and teams to explore and unlock what drives them. From big-picture thinking to storytelling, from body movement to collaborative arts-based approaches, he applies a unique blend of innovative processes and practices to his facilitation work.
