Even though leaders are convinced of the benefits of diversity, equality, equity, inclusion and inclusiveness, some may not be aware of the full potential. In OPEN Up Your Organisation, Ihsane Haouach strives to achieve diversity that is not readily apparent at first glance. She developed an innovative model encouraging people to be Open to other viewpoints, resolve difficulties with Patience, feel Empathy for stakeholders and find a safe space to be Natural. Through facts, illustrated concepts, and reallife examples, you’ll assess your management style and confront your realities.
With the OPEN way, Ihsane Haouach offers a new perspective on Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness based on her experience in change management and societal challenges. Alongside international projects targeting an efficient and effective organisation, she founded several non-profit initiatives aimed at promoting equity, including Brussels’ cultural & educational center, L’Épicerie.
About Ihsane
Ihsane Haouach is a 38-year-old societal entrepreneur, author, board member, trainer, and advisor, dedicated to working on sustainable transformations in diversity, equality & inclusion, and energy transition. With extensive experience in the private, institutional, and nonprofit sectors, Ihsane advises and trains while drawing from the best practices of these worlds.
As an enthusiastic and assertive individual, her activities are constantly balanced between maintaining high standards of excellence and fostering happiness. She possess strong experience in change project management and a profound passion for sharing knowledge. Her driving force comes from a commitment to continuous learning, undertaking concrete societal projects, all the while prioritizing ethics and empowering diversity.
