What is the session about?
A seat at the table offers a series of clear tools to show the business world how to bring more diversity to their teams. When business leaders and managers ask ‘where can we find good people?’ the answer is: ‘Look out the window, outside there are many talented young people with a migration background’.
From his own story, author Youssef Kobo shows how we can close the gap between young diverse talent and the business community. With his story he shakes the world awake, because it is not necessary that the two groups do not find each other easily.
Youssef Kobo is an entrepreneur, consultant, advisor, keynote speaker, author and columnist.
Fellow, alumni and member of several international leadership programs and think tanks.
Founder of several non-profits, programs and projects in Europe, USA, MENA and Africa that help disadvantaged communities hone their vocational and entrepreneurial skills. While connecting them with opportunities in business.
